I get being understaffed, but the time it took to get me to the treatment room didn’t live up to being “fast pace”. It took over an hour and a half until I was called back to the treatment room after I got there, with an appt scheduled, and the waiting room wasn’t crowded. The lady who took my vitals kept coughing. Should she have been there with a cough that bad trying to help patients who’s immune systems are already suppressed from illnesses? The doctor was really good, though. I’d recommend him.

Well since I guess it was close to closing time. The lady at the front window was impatient and borderline rude. When I went to check in, she asked if I checked in through the app, and I said well, it sent me a code to my phone, but did not give me instructions on what to do after that, she said, well it’s your phone service. The nurse practitioner was super sweet! However, the nurse tech was very rude and unprofessional. He dismissed my rash and made sarcastic comments! I was very disappointed in my overall experience.
To start I was told to wait until the next morning to have an xray. Therefore, I went the next morning then got told they did not have an xray tech. So I got sent to another location. At that location the only positive review I can give is the receptionist and the tech were nice. The provider that I was seen by was very dismissive. I expressed a concern and it felt like she completely dismissed it, yet degraded at the same time. I’m not sure if I was because of my age even though that should not have affected by care.
Receptionist violated my HIPPA protection in the lobby twice. Gave out my information to another patient while I was sitting in the lobby. Make medical assistant was rude, unprofessional, physically rough with me and spoke to me like I was a child. The only person there that was somewhat nice to me was the PA, yet even she was short and uncaring I won’t be back to this location or any other location
