The receptionist was so kind and helpful. The triage nurse was thorough and professional. The provider was also very thorough and professional. An all around good experience. Thank you again for having such a good staff.
Kaitlin, the nurse practitioner at the Lafayette branch did an amazing job and always does. She’s so knowledgeable and she is open to helping me in any way that she can and listens so well. It’s obvious that she cares about what she’s doing, and it’s a pleasure to be the patient when that’s the case. If she can ever be over her own practice, sign me up.
