The office visit was great. Service was prompt and very professional. The 3 star rating is due to the fact that my prescriptions were not called in until the next day. Keeping in mind that my visit was over before 11am. I called to check on them the day of my visit and was told they were busy and would do it when they had time.

Sorry. They should have been honest and told the VA that this was a condition they do not treat. Instead they told me to buy an expensive OTC medicine that did nothing. Now I have to go spend money and go to outside provider. Waste of time.

Staff members were welcoming and helpful. All my questions were addressed and all my needs were met today. I had a very pleasant experience.
My experience at your urgent care clinic was great. Minimal wait time, very clean facility, and most importantly great knowledgeable staff!

I only took a drug test
They are terrible I will never be back
I went into the doctor’s office because I had been coughing all day and I lost my voice. The nurse came in to tell me about my blood pressure being high when I knew it would be. I was in pain in my upper back from coughing. She told me she would give me steroids but it would probably kill me if she did. Nevertheless she never touched me or checked my ears or throat. Was told I would have two referrals. No one contacted me in regard to that as was mentioned in office. Called back 4 days later for them to pretty much tell Me to find those doctors on my own and figure it out.
We walked in yesterday to see if my son needed stitches on his forehead. The nurse came out right away and let us go straight back so they could look at it. That was wonderful and much appreciated! They cleaned it well and said they didn’t do stitches but could glue it. The doctor came in and started to glue the spot with my son laying down. The glue was runny and started burning the cut.
