From the ladies at the desk to the ladies in the back, they were all amazing! I truly appreciate your staff, it was my first visit to Fast Pace. They were caring and compassionate. Thank you!
All of the staff was very nice, polite and helpful. That means a lot to me. It makes a person feel comfortable being there and gives a sense of peace. I have been to other urgent care places and the staff treated me like a process and not a person with feelings.
Fast and on time care delivery. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They acted like they enjoyed their job. The NP took the time to explain all the treatment options and what to do if he didn’t feel better in a few days.
It was as comforting experience to have had to get stitchers that I’ve experienced. I’m Matthew Grandfather. It was Matthew’s first time to get stitches and he was extremely nervous, but as the staff worked with him and continued talking to him about what they were doing next it helped him a lot. They were very professional and personal. Matthew’s just 14, so this was a huge deal to him!
In and out very quickly. Receptionist, nurses and doctor were very friendly and professional. Love having this gem in our small town!
Everybody was kind and very helpful and disnosed me very quickly.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mrs Mitchell NP was interactive with my 5 year old son, she’s awesome!
Was seen in a timely manner. I know the new age is technology but I hated trying to complete form electronically. Overall great experience
