NP saw me, for chest pains. Gave me milanta & litacane for reflux symptoms: and prescription Protonics. No blood work; no blood pressure check; no temperature check. I am presently at another Clinic. Hopefully, they will be more thorough.

If you’re seeking medical care paired with basic human decency, I suggest you look elsewhere. My experience with this clinic was, in a word, abysmal. Voicemails vanish into a void of apathy, never to be returned. Reception is less of a welcoming committee and more a gallery of derision—mockery and laughter, it seems, are part of their therapeutic regimen. I sat in there an hour past my appointment, there were people in there that came in after I did that went before me
My child is sick with infection and running fever and needs antibiotics but doctor did not give them

Only one that seemed to care or tried to help was the small lady at reception with tattoos. I was in there from 8:30am until after 1pm. There was no sense of urgency and little to no communication whatsoever. I came in with a work related injury and strongly advised my job To go with a different company for their business.
I signed in the night before to be seen at 830. Y’all took a few patients before me. It took an hour just for y’all to call me back. Yall didn’t give me any information and very unprofessional. Yall gave me a covid test, I sat around waiting and one of the nurses came in to give me a Toradol shot and didn’t even tell me what my results from the covid test was. And yall also didn’t send in my antibiotics when you said you were knowing I’ve been struggling with keeping my fevers away. Never again.

People were very friendly but the service was extremely slow. Was in the waiting area for 2.5 hrs after arrival and then sat in an exam room for an hour before being seen by the dr. The lights actually timed out and turned off several times in the exam room because I wasn’t moving around. Arrived right after 1 pm and saw the dr right after 5 pm. Again, friendly people but very slow.
I have been trying to self-treat my symptoms all week only to have to break down and go to see what is going on with me. Today's visit was the polar opposite from last year on December 30th when I went there and was diagnosed with COVID. The staff that day was extremely thorough and Caring!
