I put in for an online appointment but waited 45 minutes to be seen. The nurse swabbed my nose so hard it bled. I then waited another hour, freezing for any results and advice by the doctor. When I spoke to the doctor, she gave me advice against what my specialists had said. I asked for a specific medication that I know worked well and she only prescribed the one she wanted.
Everything was great until CRNP Mitchell came in the room. She barely looked in my daughters mouth, didn’t look in her nose & didn’t check her ears until my husband asked her too. A CBC also was not done even though my daughter had a high temp (over 103). She acted like she didn’t know what to do or diagnose her with. I work at a pediatric office and am very familiar with protocols. We will not be back!!
