They pretended to see me and told me they would call in my breathing meds. Let me sit for hours just to be told they don’t treat my condition and no meds called in… I do not recommend!!!!

Set an appointment online at 11:50 Arrived five minutes before appointment checked in with Front dance was not called back till 1:20 told nurse I had to be in Murfreesboro by 230 for another appointment she said would let doctor know so he can see my neck never was saying had to leave without seeing the doctor what a joke.

Took my son back in May and July. I never received a bill for either appointment!! Now I’m getting calls and letters in the mail from a collections agency!!!!! They just automatically sent the bills to the collections agency and did not mail them to my house. I’m one pissed off mama. Never again will I be back.

Watch out, they'll send you home with a broke knee and whiplash and tell you to just go to an orthopedic doctor!

They have changed billing practices, before having insurance it was just your copay, now if they do anything from write a prescription or give you a shot they over charge. I got billed 250 dollars for a shot of ibuprofen. I absolutely will never take myself or my son back to any fast pace.
NO DO NOT USE THEM!!! They saw my child for infected tooth. Literally was in room 5 minutes they weighed him, took temp, gave him ibuprofen and shined a flashlight in his mouth. So I paid $75.00 copay they billed my insurance 417.00 and today I got a bill for $175.00. They are over billing everyone with insurance! $667.00 to see a kid and write a prescription is ridiculous. I am reporting them to BBB, medical board and everyone else I can think of.
