The receptionist is the most RUDE person I have ever met. If you're going to work in public, you should have positive social skills, especially when dealing with sick people and children. I've had no problem with the nurses or practitioners, but the service when you walk up to the door is pathetic.
The older lady that works up front is the rudest person I have ever met!!!! She has been reported many times
Nursing staff and receptionist were fine. Nurse practitioners NEED a lot more schooling and caring attitudes. I know when something is wrong with my son, do not dismiss me. Then to not even give school note, because he is not currently running a fever. That is crap! I'm glad I was able to get him into his real doctor who actually prescribed much needed medicine and gave him a dr's note. Fast pace, you used to do ok, I don't know what's happened. Get it together!
Nurse practioner is very rude. Visit was great until she walked in. I left there very very angry! She acted as though she couldn't care less and made me feel really stupid for even taking my son there. She also involved herself in a circumstance that had absolutely nothing to do with why we were there. She humiliated me in front of MY child. After I confronted her... I still left shaking and extremely mad. I read several of the other bad reviews you have received and they are mostly because of her. Zero bed side manner!!!
I am disgusted by the way the lady at the desk treated my husband who was just in a car accident! She needs to get a job where she doesn't have to work with the public.
