How could they improve? Staff their office with Doctors, not Nurse Practitioners. The nurses seem very limited on what they can deal with.

I would like to say they are slow as can be they take there time there are some doctors in the evening that are alot better I just dont understand why I have to sit in a room for a hour for a test to come back that does even take 5 mins and then wanna take your time for blood work when I've stated multiple times I have another appointment across town like come on this is called fast pace not slow pace I prob would have been out the hospital alot fast with the rate there going so I do not recommend going during the day go dur... read more

My daughter had vagititis and they heldme there for hours and hours and called the cps on me and said were very rude to me! For nothing! I wouldn't go there if I was dying!!!! They're lazy, idiots!

My husband had a work accident and they took him to fast pace. The doctor Eddie Grayson was rude and told my husband he was fine and could go to work the next day. My husband walked in there but couldn’t put any weight on it by the time the guy was done. Eddie said you walked in here you can walk out. After they argued the doctor finally told him to go to the ER and from there he was life flighted to Erlanger and they did surgery to save his leg. This doctor could of caused him to lose his leg. I was at fast pace on 8-26-2017and could barely hold my head up. The nurse swabbed my throat. Then the so called doctor came in (he doesn't even have Dr or phd in his foreign name) he told me since the swab was negative that all I have was allergies. It cost me 85.00 that I didn't really have and have been sick ever since. I need antibiotics but now don't have the money. I won't be going back there.
