Mariam was great at the front desk and the next tech was efficient and friendly. My Dr. was professional and asked all the right questions and was thorough as well. The bathroom and patient rooms need a professional service. Although we have just had ice and snow storms.

Once I got to the back everything went smoothly, but The computer system was having some issues today. And I would've appreciated if they would have let it be known on the front end that they were short staffed today and running behind. Other than that I had a pretty good experience at the Germantown location

I absolutely love Fast Pace Health Urgent Care and highly recommend them! Everyone from the receptionist to the MAs to the providers are all fantastic. I come here regularly for both check-ups and sick visits and I am always beyond satisfied with the care provided by the entire team. I especially appreciate being able to schedule online and getting a text when it’s almost my turn—such a convenient touch! This place truly makes healthcare easy, efficient, and pleasant. Great group of professionals!

I appreciate the entire staff!! I was NOT feeling well at all yesterday. I walked in and was seen immediately. The staff was great especially the Doctor and the X-ray tech.
