Everything was great
The process was great from beginning to end! Checking in on-line is very easy and your place in line can be seen in their app! My experience with Tameka Sledge, NP was so pleasant and informative. She examined, explained and prescribed “Just what the doctor ordered “! Next day and I’m already feeling better and will continue to follow her directions to the letter! As a visitor in Memphis from VA, I felt comfortable and right at home in the hands of all at Fastpace Health!
My experience was great! I had a 1:30 appointment & only waited about 5 minutes. Very little wait time in exam room, all concerns addressed, & questions answered. I was assisted by Tonya Dixon at 2747 Kirby Rd, not by Donnette Kelly as indicated below.
Overall great experience
I didn't have to wait forever to see the doctor. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. It was a very clean establishment.

The doctor is nice. Wait time was a bit lengthy due to crowds. This was my second visit. First visit was excellent. Although it is offered, you’re not pressured to take a COVID, or strep test.
