They sent me to a hospital that didn’t even have a orthopedic doctor for a broken humerus. Now I’m stuck finding my own doctor in the pain I’m in.
waited for over 3 hours just to have them tell me to ice my foot and i waited id say another 45 mins after the x-ray for the doctor to come into my room to tell me that and i heard them outside sitting around talking about the food that they was eating
I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. I had an appointment at 5:30. When asked why two patients who came in after me were able to go back before me after they had only waited about 30 minutes, I was told “it doesn’t go by time” by the nurse who finally saw me. I received poor care and absolutely diasspointed in the lack of empathy possessed by this urgent care clinic.
