Addressed my health needs. Efficient
I had a 2:02 appt and was already checked in online, had to wait over an hour to be seen. Appt slots available online should be adjusted when the office staff knows they are running behind. We(patients) have lives also ie: work, kids, responsibilities. Don’t waste my time and I won’t waste yours.

Waited over an hour and only talked to the doctor for not even 5 minutes and she couldn’t even tell me what was on my son.

Great ! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When you go back to the room it’s the same way, friendly, helpful and they are very pleasant. The doctors are great as well. They spend the time with you and listen to how you are feeling and they are very professional. I love this place.
I love this place. Always have. The people, and staff are always great. Very caring. Very knowledgeable. They really care about your health and want to help you. They always have a smile and great sense of humor.

The medical staff were friendly, efficient, thorough, and professional. The medical staff deserve a 5-star review. If there was a separate review for the front desk staff, I would choose the lowest rating. The front desk person was unhelpful, abrupt, and completely disengaged. Decent place. Was out of a lot of supplies when I went back. Took them a while to get everything gathered up but overall it was a decent place to go to. Would definitely go back again if needed.

Wonderful medical service but the billing department deserves 0 stars. They refused to bill my insurance, treated me as a cash payor and charged my credit card without my permission. How does this happen, you may ask. I was led to believe my card would only be charged after contacting my insurance to determine my share. I even had my insurance call the company.
