Experience was great
From the time that I'm registered online till I exited the facility I was treated with respect, professionalism, and everybody was knowledgeable about their job. The receptionist was polite, respectful, very outgoing, she knew her job, very professional. Randy did her job very well, very professional, very knowledgeable, she is someone that you would like to have at your side when you don't feel well. The nurse was wonderful and friendly so was the dr and receptionist.

Wait time didnt like the wait one of students ir nurse practitioner looked like they had just changed oil in their hoodie other than that it was all good

I had a 2:02 appt and was already checked in online, had to wait over an hour to be seen. Appt slots available online should be adjusted when the office staff knows they are running behind. We(patients) have lives also ie: work, kids, responsibilities. Don’t waste my time and I won’t waste yours.

Waited over an hour and only talked to the doctor for not even 5 minutes and she couldn’t even tell me what was on my son.
