I love this place. Always have. The people, and staff are always great. Very caring. Very knowledgeable. They really care about your health and want to help you. They always have a smile and great sense of humor.

Slightly rude and tell me I need to Google my symptoms of what was wrong with me when I got my urine test back I will not return

The medical staff were friendly, efficient, thorough, and professional. The medical staff deserve a 5-star review. If there was a separate review for the front desk staff, I would choose the lowest rating. The front desk person was unhelpful, abrupt, and completely disengaged. When I initiated a conversation to ask how to check in, she rudely looked up from behind her computer screen ONLY LONG ENOUGH to direct me to the electronic self-sign-in screen for patients. Decent place. Was out of a lot of supplies when I went back. Took them a while to get everything gathered up but overall it was a decent place to go to. Would definitely go back again if needed.

Wonderful medical service but the billing department deserves 0 stars. They refused to bill my insurance, treated me as a cash payor and charged my credit card without my permission. How does this happen, you may ask. I was led to believe my card would only be charged after contacting my insurance to determine my share. I even had my insurance call the company. First Care "customer service" hung up on my insurance representative. Stay classy First Care. Stay away unless you have extra $$$ to throw away. Oh, and the icing ... read more

With an appointment at 3:20, we arrived at 3:28 with one other person in the lobby. We waited in the lobby for over an hour before being moved back. After we got back to a room and vitals were checked we waited another 40 minutes or more and the doctor still hadn’t been by. Id like to stress I understand things take time, but with one other person in front of us, and maybe one other car in the parking lot, it stopped making sense as to why we were having to wait so long. I tested positive for Covid previous to going there they retested me X-ray to rule out pneumonia I needed paxlovid but they don’t write rax for it. I had to find a Dr to examine me and give paxlovid for Covid.

They were very rude and unsympathetic to my sonsvsymptoms. When she left the room I could hear her talking about me to the rest of the staff. She was very unprofessional
