Nursing and medical staff were all wonderful. However, I made an appointment for 11:30. I sat at home until 15 minutes before my scheduled time. I waited for 1 hour past my appt time as the front staff let 4 non- emergent walk ins go before me. I would’ve been better off to come in an hour and 15 minutes before hand when I sat at home waiting on my appointment time.

I was having issues with hearing in one of my ears….the kind medical profession several things with no luck, but they persisted until they removed what was blocking it. Very pleased to have my hearing back, and they were very kind and professional. Was able to be seen very quickly.
