Staff didn’t show up no one could work front desk my first and last visit
Took care of what I was there for, but didn’t go over anything that was in my discharge papers, like diagnosing me with depression because of 1 answer on your questionnaire, didn’t inform me that my blood pressure was high, wasn’t friendly at all and very cold when taking my vitals

The nurse was great but the doctor made us feel stupid. He was very short, completely unconcerned, and looked at us like we were ignorant. . Looked under my tongue, claimed there was “nothing wrong”, it looks “just like the other side”. Dismissed me, gave me my papers and the diagnosis was “burning mouth syndrome” which wasn’t even mentioned to me at all, at any point.
Very rude. Walked in feeling really bad walked out feeling bad and unheard. Doctors asked me how much I weighed and how tall I was instead of doing THEIR part!!! I used to come here often when I get sick but from now on I’ll take myself elsewhere. I’m not sure who I was assisted by because I was amazed by how the staff treat sick people. The only person that was actually nice was the man that came in the room and asked me what was going on, he actually listened to me and told me what I needed to do for my virus.
They were ready to close so they didn’t care to much receptionist was great the first nurse was a joke

Absolutely the worse Urgent Care I’ve ever been to! Only person in there and I was there for an hour and a half! They diagnosed me wrong on top of that! I called them back and ask them if if I can come back in, they said yeah, but it’ll be another $150! I told them, “No Thank You” so you can diagnose me wrong again!! I’ll never step foot in that damn urgent care again!!!
Bad, zero confidence in diagnosis, unnecessary X-rays. I will never be back.
The team was very friendly, but it took a very long time to get in and out. I arrived and checked in at 1:02. My appointment time was 1:12. I got called back at 1:25. I was there to be tested for flu and Covid, the nurse said the results would be back in 15 minutes. That was at 1:35. I wasn’t released until 2:30. They came to check on me one time during that process. Again, very friendly. Not efficient.
Was told I had appendicitis and I should go to the emergency room urgently. When in fact I had nothing serious this urgent care is AWFUL! they also told my brother the same thing and scared him half to death he is a child! Definitely WOULD NOT go back.
