I was there to take a random drug screen for my employer, that took 5 min or less to complete, however, my wait to complete the drug screen was 2 hours as I was informed I would not be allowed to go in front of any of the sick ppl already in line. This system should be revamped as I had to sit and wait with a full bladder surrounded by sick people

Didn’t get treated. Was told to go to the ER. Went to the doctor today and got the meds I needed without the high cost of the ER. Pretty much a waste of $155.

My 4 year old autistic child had a rash that was coming and going. Was told by the NP that it was a “bug bite”, knew that wasn't the case . Drove over an hour to get a second opinion. It was hives due to an allergic reaction.
Went for a pre employment drug screening. Two people ahead of me and both were done in 30 minutes. I waited over an hour to get my drug screening.

Staff didn’t show up no one could work front desk my first and last visit
Took care of what I was there for, but didn’t go over anything that was in my discharge papers, like diagnosing me with depression because of 1 answer on your questionnaire, didn’t inform me that my blood pressure was high, wasn’t friendly at all and very cold when taking my vitals

The nurse was great but the doctor made us feel stupid. He was very short, completely unconcerned, and looked at us like we were ignorant. . Looked under my tongue, claimed there was “nothing wrong”, it looks “just like the other side”. Dismissed me, gave me my papers and the diagnosis was “burning mouth syndrome” which wasn’t even mentioned to me at all, at any point.
Very rude. Walked in feeling really bad walked out feeling bad and unheard. Doctors asked me how much I weighed and how tall I was instead of doing THEIR part!!! I used to come here often when I get sick but from now on I’ll take myself elsewhere. I’m not sure who I was assisted by because I was amazed by how the staff treat sick people. The only person that was actually nice was the man that came in the room and asked me what was going on, he actually listened to me and told me what I needed to do for my virus.
