Nurse was very rude . Didn’t check my vitals at all yet I had updated vitals in my chart
I brought my daughter in to be seen for pink eye and congestion for 2 months. The np that saw her said she doesn’t usually deal with pediatrics and that she is unsure what is wrong with my daughter and attempted to send me to her primary care doctor. I informed her I was private pay and did not pay $150 for a visit for nothing to be done. She then finally listened further and then finally gave her meds for the pink eye and congestion. Very frustrating visit. Don’t see pediatrics if you don’t know how to care for them
Staff was rude and definitely did not make me feel better about having to go there. Made me seem like I was a burden to them. Definitely will not be going back for their help.
