Took my son yesterday 4-16-23 and seen the provider and was told prescription would be sent to pharmacy. After waiting 2 hours the pharmacy said they never got it sent to them. Called the next morning 8am and the nurse said they would ask the provider and get back with us. Called again at 11am still same response. it is now 335 the next day and I am still waiting for a call back. we made another appointment to get my sick child some medicine.
I’ve had positive experiences in the past. Today however was not. Had an appointment for 9am. Arrived 15 minutes early as suggested. Only to be taken back and sit for over an hour. If you’re busy fine, say so. Reschedule me or give me a heads up or something. Total waste of time.
I understand that urgent cares can get busy and people tend to go there more than the ER because its less of a wait but my husband cut his finger open today and our primary care was closed so we went here as quick as we could to get it atleast looked at. He walked in at 4pm to get it checked out and they turned him away without even laying eyes on it because it was an hour before they closed. poor staff Addatude Not set up for what needs to be done. cant call and complain or talk to anyone you have to E mail them VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
They missed my daughters RSV and then refused to see her again bc they want to charge a 15.00 copay after the out of pocket was met. That should be illegal and theft. You clearly have a piece of paper right in front of your face showing the out of pocket is met. Stop stealing money when most people can’t wait months upon months for refunds.
Charged my fiancé $400 to tell him to go to the er and not do anything at all for him. A waste of 10 minutes of his life and a lot of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to the ER instead, although you will wait for hours and be at risk of getting Covid.
Good providers but if you don’t get a COVID test they won’t give you a school excuse. Even though we had one a hour earlier at the health department that was negative. This is a money racket and needs to be addressed at the state level.
I walked in here and wanted to be checked for serious breathing issues that I was having. They took x-rays and said my lungs sound bad and put me on a zpac, gave me a steroid shot and 850 milligrams of Amoxicillin. ordered me to take it for a week and then come back the following Monday..Well, I went back in.and they took xrays again..Came back later and told me that my.lungs sound really bad and I had pneumonia and that I needed to go to an Emergency room. Awful place. Don’t go here because they just take your money and don’t do anything to help you. My mom was treated poorly at this place and the “doctor” was a smart mouth, hateful woman. Her name is Amy. She asked me to leave after I called her out on being a smart mouth to my mom. 10/10 would not recommend you waste your hard earned money here.
