The nurses were very nice and patient. They listened and assured. The PA or Nurse Practitioner I saw was amazing. He listened and explained. He made sure I understood everything.

Easy check-in process. The MA who obtained my complaints, vitals and swabs was very professional. The provider, not sure if MD or NP or PA as they did not introduce themselves was less than mediocre. Listened to two lower lobes, and looked in my ears. Never visually inspected my throat (my complaint) and sent me on my way. Return call was positive for a specific virus as instructed “follow the health plan previously discussed” I ensured I had no health plan and was told they were not in the room so they were not sure.
The MA and PA were phenomenal. The PA took his time to really listen to us and examine our son and make sure that we knew all of the risks and benefits of him taking steroids for treatment. The front desk personnel unnecessarily charged us for a Covid test, which was not needed because he already tested positive and we were seeking treatment for complications due to Covid, forgot to run the charge for it at first and so ran my card a secondary time for $35 and then was unable to refund it day of.
