I went in to Fast Pace Urgent Care to have my foot looked at because I slammed it in my car door! They were nothing short of AWESOME!!! They did an X-ray and brought me a cherry slushie while I waited! All the staff was friendly, caring and thorough. My foot is okay. I will definitely let everyone I know here in Oak Ridge this is an excellent place with excellent professionals! Thanks!

90 minute wait in the lobby, even after checking in 15 minutes before the time I signed up for online. Patients who were walk ins after me were taken before me. I was told I’d be next multiple times and others were pulled back first. Last time there was no one in the lobby and we still waited over an hour. I LOVED the fast pace in Maryville but I moved to Oak Ridge and will need to find a new urgent care option because I will not be returning.
My son was seen and the NP said she was calling in an antibiotic for him. We don't live in Oak Ridge so we wasted time waiting on the prescription. After an hour wasted and checking with the pharmacy, I was told they didn't get a prescription called in for him. Fast Pace was already closed so I couldn't reach anyone and had to go home without medication. At 8 am the next morning I called to ask about the prescription. Took my son yesterday 4-16-23 and seen the provider and was told prescription would be sent to pharmacy. After waiting 2 hours the pharmacy said they never got it sent to them. Called the next morning 8am and the nurse said they would ask the provider and get back with us. Called again at 11am still same response. it is now 335 the next day and I am still waiting for a call back. we made another appointment to get my sick child some medicine.
