Fast pace is absolutely terrible. My son fell off his bike and hurt his shoulder and can’t raise it above his head. This is also the side that he has a port a catch. My husband took him in for an X-ray and they refused to do an x-ray on him and said to watch it and if it gets worse take him to the ER. Excuse me how is that ok!!!! Went to fast pace it was at 6:35 tonight. They turn me down they can’t see me. I told them that they don’t close until 8:00. She said she know. That I can come back tomorrow morning. So I went to Hope primary urgent care. They took me in and took care of me. Staff was friendly at Hope primary urgent. I advise you to try out hope primary care instead of Fast Pace in Oneida
My grand daughter has temp of 103.8 and I call up there and no they are full for the day . I said so if we bring her up there she won’t be seen? No we’re full for the day.. Really? This is unacceptable from only dr office that is open today.

I went to fast pace when my son broke his arm on a Saturday, would have been charge 185 for self pay but they insisted on using my insurance card, NOW I get a bill for 250 for insurance deductible because they wouldn't let me just pay the day of service. BEWARE when going here they price gouge the insurance companies, they billed my insurance 667 for something they would have charged me 185 cash for!!!!

One word: incompetent. The physician extenders might be ok, but the woman in the front is an idiot.
Friendly people up front till you go back. I had a nurse today that was cocky with me when i was leaving. I didn’t do anything for her to get cocky. They didn’t tell me what was wrong with me. I went in for a nasty horrible cough & they wasn’t even concerned with it. Didn’t test me for the flu or strep. Went to another doctor right after leaving fast pace, turns out i got strep. Great work fast pace send me home an tell me nothings wrong.
