Overall went well. I’m not excited about the impersonal kiosk login. I’d much prefer a personal interaction than a digital one. The receptionist was friendly and FNP was friendly and professional. Wait this time was not bad.

I took my mom, Mary on 12-27-22. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. The only thing that concerned me was the check in system. I know if I wasn’t with my mom, the receptionist would have check her in due to her age and lack of knowledge of tablets. Her symptoms that took her there were addressed and she left satisfied with her visit.

i had a good experience with everyone but with nick russ he was not the friendest guy there the whole time he was rude and not nice had a attuitde sorry but that nick russ was just not nice to us at all but cody was the best thanks
