There was not a long wait and the staff was very friendly
My daughter and I came to the Urgent care in Jamestown to get a couple ingrown toenails taken care of, however the Doctor there (Marvin or Martin?) refused to fix her ingrown toenails without hesitation even though he hadn't even seen her yet. We were actually turned away by the receptionist. We were so disappointed, however today we went to the Fast Pace in Oneida, and they did not hesitate to see us at all. Nice people very quick but professional listens to your issues and tries to find a reason but doesn't leave you waiting for hours. Clean and up to date. Very friendly. Would go again and recommed it to friends and family
