I had made my appointment online, and when I got there they let me know they were running behind because another clinic was closed, I appreciated that so I wasn’t left wondering. When they did get to see me, I was brought back and treated with amazing care. Very thorough, made sure to put down all the correct information and even updated some things. The service was fine & I was given the care needed, for which I’m thankful. On the flip side, I felt the wait (50 minutes) was a bit excessive for an early morning appointment I made 24 hours in advance.
