Don’t know if I was seen by a doctor, PA, or what as she only introduced herself as “the provider.” Asked for meds for fever blister problem, told it was too expensive and to use over counter meds. I was willing to pay for meds that work, as I had been using otc and still getting worse. She did diagnose and treat my UTI, much to my relief. She asked if I had any questions, I feel she gave me adequate time, did not feel she was rushing me through at all. I was seen quickly , everyone was nice and helpful from the front desk to the PA. My prescription was called in before I left the office and was ready when I arrived to pick it up.
