Service was fast. Receptionist was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Over all it worked out.

Charge $400 a visit. Will not tell you they do not take certain insurances and still bill your insurance outrageously for more tests than you even had done! DO NOT GO HERE. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE! They have done this to multiple people from what I’ve been told. Will never go to another “fast pace urgent care clinic” ever again. Have a blessed day.

Long wait to be seen. Then no paper work showing normal thing like bp temp and what was going on with me
Getting my daughter to a room And getting her strep, flu and covid test was great. However , the NP was on a “zoom” call and didn’t come into the room to evaluate her until 50 minutes after results were back. It took me going to the desk twice to get her. Very very unprofessional. She had a patient that was ill with strep. I’m an RN , and that was rediculous .
NP Marcus Berry refused to treat migraine. I called my father Dr. David Timm for a second option. Marcus was prideful, slightly arrogant and unwilling to accept the advice of another medical professional. Very dissatisfied with medical care AND treatment. Marcus does not know what he is doing as in medical knowledge and treatment. Please find a more experienced nurse practitioner for fill in on the weekends. Very disappointed.

I loved the doctor or np that my child saw during the visit; however, the nurse or nurse assistant was unpleasant. She did not wear gloves or sanitize her hands when dealing with my child as a patient. She also didn’t state her name so i am unable to directly call her by her name. Please inform all medical personnel to follow guidelines to keep everyone safe especially when dealing with children.
