I didn’t have a long wait. However, I wasn’t pleased with the NP telling me that doctors no longer do shots like Decadron as it doesn’t treat the issue, only helps for like a day. This is a new one to me and everyone else I’ve spoke with! My body doesn’t absorb oral medicine like normal, an injection does better for me. She sent me on my way with a nasal spray and Alahist. The Nurses and the Nurse Practitioner are very kind, skilled, and professional, but the receptionist at the front is very RUDE!

Was not helpful during my first visit.. the receptionist was a little snappy with answering questions even with the other lady doing my screening. It’s possible that I may not visit again

Staff was very unprofessional. They were standing in the back hall having a conversation. I was there almost 30 minutes before some one came to the front desk. Poor business practice.
Service was fast. Receptionist was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Over all it worked out.

Charge $400 a visit. Will not tell you they do not take certain insurances and still bill your insurance outrageously for more tests than you even had done! DO NOT GO HERE. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE! They have done this to multiple people from what I’ve been told. Will never go to another “fast pace urgent care clinic” ever again. Have a blessed day.
