NP Marcus Berry refused to treat migraine. I called my father Dr. David Timm for a second option. Marcus was prideful, slightly arrogant and unwilling to accept the advice of another medical professional. Very dissatisfied with medical care AND treatment. Marcus does not know what he is doing as in medical knowledge and treatment. Please find a more experienced nurse practitioner for fill in on the weekends. Very disappointed.
I loved the doctor or np that my child saw during the visit; however, the nurse or nurse assistant was unpleasant. She did not wear gloves or sanitize her hands when dealing with my child as a patient. She also didn’t state her name so i am unable to directly call her by her name. Please inform all medical personnel to follow guidelines to keep everyone safe especially when dealing with children.
The staff called my post visit prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Took two days to get straight. Attitude of receptionist not appreciated either. Try listening to the patient and making sure that very important detail is correct
