The guy that serviced me was awesome. The lady at the front desk was very rude and acted as if she did not want to be at work. It is very welcoming to greet patients with a warm smile and friendly tone.

Had to do a drug screening! For a new job starting in a couple weeks. The QR code check-in failed to work with my phone. I had to do the other typed in tablet registration instead. Wait time wasn’t too long. Assisted by Aimee Myers ( not listed).

I had a wonderful experience at fast pace the staff very courteous and professional, and they treated me extremely well during the time I wasn’t feeling my best and I would like to send a shout out to thank you all for taking care of me when I needed to be taken care of. A special thanks to NP Jeremy Hudson, while under his care he displayed a genuine concern for his patient well-being and understood what exactly what was going on and need to be done to get me back 100.
