Had to do a drug screening! For a new job starting in a couple weeks. The QR code check-in failed to work with my phone. I had to do the other typed in tablet registration instead. Wait time wasn’t too long. Assisted by Aimee Myers ( not listed).

I had a wonderful experience at fast pace the staff very courteous and professional, and they treated me extremely well during the time I wasn’t feeling my best and I would like to send a shout out to thank you all for taking care of me when I needed to be taken care of. A special thanks to NP Jeremy Hudson, while under his care he displayed a genuine concern for his patient well-being and understood what exactly what was going on and need to be done to get me back 100.
