In at or before appointment time. Nurse(?) was knowledgeable and polite. Doctor was very friendly took all time I needed even spoke with me on the phone later at my request to discuss a issue with my medication

I’ve been having issues with my throat for sometime now and I feel like my concerns were dismissed. I said possibly strep when I went in, so I was tested only for strep, no other questions asked. I shouldn’t have to know my diagnosis when I walk in the door. It’s their job to ask questions and run various tests. Yes I have symptoms similar to strep, but it could be many other things. Yes patients should advocate for theirselves, but it’s also not my place to know my diagnosis with 100% certainty before I walk in the door. I ... read more
