Front desk administrator was nice and helpful. I did not have a long wait and the NP was thorough, nice, and pleasant to talk to.

Being from out of town- I was nervous about visiting a new clinic when I got an infection from a cut on my finger. I also had to bring three small children with me which made me more anxious about the visit. The staff were all so sweet and we were in and out in no time! I definitely recommend!
felt nervous going in which is usually but they ran all test diagnosing everything walked out with medications as needed and got better the next day thanks so much
I have been to this location a couple times. I have had an awesome experience with the team there every time. The ease of the scheduling was simple and check in fast. The friendliness and compassion are wonderful . I would and have highly recommend their services.
Was there on 08/18 waited a long time to be seen then my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy after I advised who it was twice. There was no one there to do a chest X-ray and was told to return 08-19 but was expected to wait over 90 minutes even with an order from provide just for an X-ray. Staff was very rude
I’ve been having issues with my throat for sometime now and I feel like my concerns were dismissed. I said possibly strep when I went in, so I was tested only for strep, no other questions asked. I shouldn’t have to know my diagnosis when I walk in the door. It’s their job to ask questions and run various tests. Yes I have symptoms similar to strep, but it could be many other things. Yes patients should advocate for theirselves, but it’s also not my place to know my diagnosis with 100% certainty before I walk in the door. I ... read more
Only the front office worker was friendly . The provider (Huff) spent maybe less than a minute at best with me and asked no questions at all. I found her unfriendly and unconcerned about my issue . I will not use your facility again.
I was at the clinic on Wednesday and then back in there on Friday. Dr Bryant, the nurse , the front desk all did an excellent job! I was told by my PCP they didn’t have an opening for a couple of weeks. Really? I have been a patient at the office for 30 years. So thankful for First Care they got me right end and took care of me. #thankful Michelle Kawa
