You helped with the paperwork and got me in a room fairly quickly. The tests went well and I was seen quickly by the doctor

I waited entirely too long. I had scheduled ahead and didn’t get in for an hour and a half past my visit time. I understand that you won’t go in at the exact time of the appointment but, I feel like 40 minutes should be max. Very disappointed in the wait. My care was great! No complaints on the care.

I always have liked coming to your clinic. Sometimes you have to wait some but always have never felt rushed and the Drs have answered any questions. Thank you for taking care of my family and I when needed.

The experience of checking in was easy and quick. The amount of white time was acceptable for a walk in clinic. Pleased with the staff . Picking up my prescription was not satisfactory. We waited for over an hour at the pharmacy. The pharmacy called the clinic and was told the prescription probably wouldn’t be called in until after 5 o’clock and the pharmacy closed at 5 o’clock. I will have to wait until the following day to be able to pick up my prescription
The lady at the front desk was really rude and nasty. But the nurse and the dr that we seen were reallllly nice and very professional
