Nurse was very gentle with my son. Doctor was very patient as well. The receptionist was awesome as well.Â
The nurse and nurse practitioner were very kind and caring. I was very sick with high fever and they were very attentive and took great care of me, the way a mother would 😊Â
Nurse practitioner was nice and explained everything to me.Â
Nurse n Doctor was so dry n blazay. Lacked empathy n caring. Not impressed. Won’t be backÂ
Was second person in the door and was there for over an hour.Â
I went on the website on Sunday spent 15 minutes registering for a Monday appointment. I get there on time and am #1 in line. I go to the desk and am told I am at the wrong location. I need to go to First Care 10 minutes down the road. The website says Fast Pace but I am sent to First Care. I get there and now end up being there an hour and a half. Unacceptable. The.n I had to give the information I took the time to enter on Sunday to them in person again. I will not be back.Â
The older receptionist was very rude to the other employees as I waited and had a horrible attitude. That was not what you want when you go to a clinic and you’re sick! Other girls seemed on edge due to one ladies attitude. The younger girl who waited n me was very patient and kindÂ
Everything went great with visit outside of prescriptions not being sent to pharmacy . Everyone is human and things happen. It was quickly resolved once I called! Thank you !Â
Easy to make appt online, easy check in and was seen fairly quickly considering it being sick season. Prescriptions were sent to pharmacy just as quick! Thank you ! I am sorry but can’t remember provider .Â
