Everything was greatÂ
Easy check in. Waiting room had only one person due to staggered scheduling. Very kind person at reception helped me check in. This person was kind to all who entered and solved any issues in a patient and understanding manner. I was seen by a nurse practitioner in a timely manner and was very satisfied with the entire experience. I required a prescription and by the time I arrived at the pharmacy across the road, the order had been called in. Excellent experienceÂ
Nurse was very gentle with my son. Doctor was very patient as well. The receptionist was awesome as well.Â
The nurse and nurse practitioner were very kind and caring. I was very sick with high fever and they were very attentive and took great care of me, the way a mother would 😊Â
Nurse practitioner was nice and explained everything to me.Â
The care was good except that I should have been tested for RSV being I have been sick for over 2 weeks. The VA tested me yesterday after I asked to be tested. I had to go online and found out I had all the symptoms of having RSV.Â
Went in for fever, cough, sore throat, chills and body aches. I tested negative for Covid, Flu, and Strep. Doctor did not send me any medicine in even though I had a fever of 101° when i was there. Receptionist was very unprofessional, answered personal call while I was waiting in line to get a work note, did not stop the call to get my note , just whispered to me to ask what i needed. I had an appointment at 1:42 pm and I was not seen until 2:30. Will not be returning.Â
