Nurse n Doctor was so dry n blazay. Lacked empathy n caring. Not impressed. Won’t be back
Was second person in the door and was there for over an hour.
I went on the website on Sunday spent 15 minutes registering for a Monday appointment. I get there on time and am #1 in line. I go to the desk and am told I am at the wrong location. I need to go to First Care 10 minutes down the road. The website says Fast Pace but I am sent to First Care. I get there and now end up being there an hour and a half. Unacceptable. The.n I had to give the information I took the time to enter on Sunday to them in person again. I will not be back.
The older receptionist was very rude to the other employees as I waited and had a horrible attitude. That was not what you want when you go to a clinic and you’re sick! Other girls seemed on edge due to one ladies attitude. The younger girl who waited n me was very patient and kind
Everything went great with visit outside of prescriptions not being sent to pharmacy . Everyone is human and things happen. It was quickly resolved once I called! Thank you !
Easy to make appt online, easy check in and was seen fairly quickly considering it being sick season. Prescriptions were sent to pharmacy just as quick! Thank you ! I am sorry but can’t remember provider .

I had a good experience
The medical staff was great and very professional. I was not pleased about having to listen to the receptionist staff watch Netflix on her phone out loud for the entire two hours. I waited. Other than that, though I had a fairly good experience.
