The staff is very unprofessional and inexperienced. I waited for 3 hrs to see a provider and once she walked in the room it fell like an interrogation more than a doctor visit. I understand they are a busy place but when you go to a doctor or clinic you expect to be helped that was not this case at all. My foot was extremely swollen and she told me i should wear a more supportive type of shoe. Overall the place is nice but they need real doctors and more experience people.
Went in at 4:30 for a test. 7:15 PM still sitting in the lobby. Stay clear of this place.
The nurse was very nice but the nurse practitioner was very rude and acted like she did not want to be there. She questioned me about how often I work as if I was lying. She made it seem like I was lying about anything I said. Will not be back
I came in to get a simple TB skin test read and it took them an hour or two just to call me to the back just to read a simple TB test. the wait was awful and i’ll never be back!!!! EVER!
Charges me twice send test to the lab that I wont need it

The lady at the front desk wasn’t very pleasant. In her defense, I showed up shortly before the closing time. I was having difficulty signing in using the QR code, being older it’s not something I have a lot of familiarity with. Since I felt so bad I was having trouble figuring it out. I had to flag my husband to come inside to help me sign in. Also, I really needed a sinus cocktail shot to get a jump start on feeling better. I was given given oral antibiotics. I waited for 3 hours to be called back after my appointment time and waited another hour and a half in the doctor’s room. In total it took my over four hours to be seen.
