Got there at 9:48, lady at front desk had a slight attitude but that’s ok. Didn’t get called back until 10:50. Nurse came in at 11:20. Provider came in after 11:40. (Both nurse and provider were nice) Didn’t walk out of the building until 11:50. There is absolutely no way I should have spent two hours at an URGENT care.

Genuinely the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I went in about a concerns with low temperatures and body aches. The NP comes in and looks at me for like 30 seconds and asks “what’s my biggest concern” I tell her body aches and a persistent low temperatures. She turns around and says, “you have some sinus drainage. Is there anything else I can help you with?” Umm….maybe the actual issue I came in for. The wait wasn’t long. I was there to do a drug screen for a new job. What I didn’t enjoy is that the lady had to be in the room while I took the test. I didn’t expect that so it was very unsettling. Other than that embarrassing tidbit everything else was good.

My experience was rush, I felt like the provider wanted to be elsewhere. She made a comment to me , She said I was a mystery because the question she ask me I answered them to the best of my knowledge. I had back pain for 2 months she didn’t touch me to see where the pain what was the reason my pain had been hurting me. I work in the medical field also and I just can’t miss work. The initial experience was terrible. The staff was all on a lunch break at the same time. No one came to the front desk and there were several people just waiting. I called the clinic twice and heard the phone ringing and no one answered. It wasn’t until I called the general FastPace number and they called and I called again when someone answered in the clinic letting me know that they were all working a 12 hour shift and were eating lunch. The staff is very unprofessional and inexperienced. I waited for 3 hrs to see a provider and once she walked in the room it fell like an interrogation more than a doctor visit. I understand they are a busy place but when you go to a doctor or clinic you expect to be helped that was not this case at all. My foot was extremely swollen and she told me i should wear a more supportive type of shoe. Overall the place is nice but they need real doctors and more experience people.
