0/10. The lab lady that I had to unfortunately deal with tonight was the rudest health care worker I have ever met in my life and I'm literally a nurse. I called ahead to make sure she had time to see me then when I was having trouble, she belittled me and was VERY unprofessional. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and apologetic. Lab lady has a serious attitude problem and really shouldn't be working anywhere dealing with people.
I checked the hours of operation online and it showed they are open 1-5 on Sunday. We arrived at 1 to see an "Adjusted Operating Hours" sign posted on the door, and they aren't open at all on Sunday. They could have easily reflected these hour changes online and on FB so that people aren't wasting their time waiting for them to open and driving there only to find they are closed. I suggested hour adjustments on their Google page and uploaded a picture of their adjusted hours. I hope this helps other to not waste their time.
I asked about billing and my insurance and was told I would be billed as urgent care co-pay. Was billed more than the hospital er visit we had to make as a result of being misdiagnosed at fast pace by a doctor who spent maybe 2 minutes in the room.
There’s not enough time in the day to explain how awful this place is. Insanely unprofessional and the lack of urgency is mind boggling. Not to mention the “doctor” there is a joke. We got asked what our “instinct” thinks is wrong with our son with no actual answer. Just weird. Would recommend the Algood location
