Had to take my kiddos to Fast Pace in Sparta last night. Got there at 5:29pm. Stayed in the waiting room until 7:20pm. After being in the waiting room for 2 hours we find out My 9 month old has a fever of 101.2. They go get Motrin and bring it in and give it to my daughter. I asked why they said cause she has a fever, I said no My son does. She said let me go check. She came back with another syringe of Motrin and gives it to my son then says she gave my daughter Motrin for her eye. They test negative for everything then we’... read more

Waited 3 hours for drugs screen when I made a appointment online to reserve my spot !!!!!! Nothing fast about this place

I literally had a child who was in a wreck and they had 5 people before him! I literally sat 3 hours and still he had not been seen!
The Central Business Office of Fast Pace Urgent Care is probably the worst medical provider billing department I have ever worked with. They have unprofessional, incompetent people assisting callers. And conveniently, no managers are available when requested. I have been trying for two months to rectify my account and to date still have not had it corrected. This is ridiculous. I took my son to fast pace a couple days ago, and they listened to his lungs and told me there was nothing wrong with him, and right before I left they told me to bring him back if he got a really bad cough. (Which I told them he had one at the beginning of the visit). And I went to his family doctor and she listened to him and turned out he had bronchitis the entire time!! Now he has to use a breathing machine and is on antibiotics!! Never will I ever use fast pace again! Very unpleased.

I will never go to another fast pace ever. I got really really sick after i had my daughter and they refused to see me because of a bill from 2 years ago. They were so rude about everything. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely the most useless place I’ve ever seen.. waited two hours to be seen over an allergic reaction and I just got up and walked out.
I've always been treated well there until today....while I was sitting in the room waiting for the Doctor to return I overheard the nurse bad mouthing me right outside my door..I guess she doesnt like people to visit them unless the are dying..
