There’s not enough time in the day to explain how awful this place is. Insanely unprofessional and the lack of urgency is mind boggling. Not to mention the “doctor” there is a joke. We got asked what our “instinct” thinks is wrong with our son with no actual answer. Just weird. Would recommend the Algood location
Receptionist is condescending and rude. You’ll be listed as 1st in line for over an hour yet people will get called back before you. Too many options available for care to put up with subpar care and attention.
The nurse who checked us in and took vitals and swabs was super awesome. She was very sweet and kind. The NP was okay. She was in the room a total of 1 minute 30 seconds. We were one of the last people in the office as it was 10 minutes to close. She asked where I wanted my daughter’s meds sent and verified what time the place closed but here’s my thing…. Took my daughter, and antibiotics were forced upon her for stomach and chest pain, due to the doc saying he wasn't sure what was going on and he was just "covering his bases". She ended up at Vanderbilt with an intestinal blockage. Thank God this mama followed her gut and didn't listen to this doctor who acted like he could care less and that being in the room for more than two minutes was a problem. We won't be back!
After getting there and taking him back taking all his vitals then she said I'm sorry we are closing in 10 minutes. lol this is not an urgent care facility

Won’t be back here! The Dr was rude, it was a waste of time and money. Now I understand why there is no wait time!

did not prescribe the proper medication for my diverticulitis so I have to go to the emergency room for 2 hours

Everyone was very nice service was fast however I have been two times in about a 5 week period and explained I have had a nonstop cough and all they will give me is a steroid and I do not want to take steroids I really feel like antibiotics were what I have needed and I ask for both times and they refused . I know they can’t fix me over night nor do I normally see a doctor unless completely necessary but I do know my body and Steroids to me were the worst case senecio over antibiotics and here I am still sick feeling like as... read more
