I was seen within a few moments of arriving. My concerns over my illness were noted by the nurse and I had the time and I felt like I wasn’t rushed through the appointment. The nurse was patient and actively listening and writing notes. The FNP or doctor was kind, equally concerned and had great bedside manner and actively wanted to help me. She looked me over and told me she noticed some minor infection festering and wanted to make sure the prescription medication she would hand me, I wasn’t allergic to. She actively listen... read more
