My husband and I both went today to be seen. The nurse brought him back and put him in the same room as me, which is completely fine, saves a room. I had left the door open when coming back from the bathroom and heard the staff talking crap about us being in the same room! Not very professional if you ask me. Michelle Zerpa lacks the common sense and understanding of people that is needed as a doctor. She did not understand our situation and would not admit that. She then gave us false information. I don't see us coming to this facility ever again unless Elizabeth is working as she is clearly a great asset to this company.
Whoever the receptionist was today, Sunday the 30th, is a real piece of work!!!! My 2 year old son woke up from a nap at 15 minutes until 5 running a fever of 102.7. I immediately put him in the car to rushed him to the urgent care. My daughter has been sick for over two weeks. Her normal office was closed, so I talked her into going ahead and going to this place because I felt she needed care sooner than when her normal dr office was going to open. She is a self-sufficient, hard working adult, but was treated like she was a criminal for not feeling well and was not treated properly at all. She called me in tears when she left there. I would not waste my time or money going here. I went there because the place I usually go was closed and my head was so congested the side of my face/mouth had started to hurt. The nurse practitioner did not even bring my chart into the room nor did she look at me until after she told me there was nothing she could do for me and that I needed ibuprofen and otc nasal spray since I’ve been through two rounds of antibiotics. RecommendedI just moved here and had surgery 2 weeks before I moved. Was told by my doctor to follow up with a podiatrist to get stitches out about 2 weeks after we moved. Was here a week and started to get signs of infection. Went to podiatrist and was turned away saying they “didn’t take walk ins”. I have been sick for 10 days now and finally decided I needed to be seen. Everybody was nice for the most part. However. Nobody told me their name. They did give me a snot shot and *said* they were going to call in an antibiotic since I’d been sick for so long. They said it would take about 15 minutes for the pharmacy to get it. I wouldn’t waste your money and time or risk your health by going here. I went Monday for major sinus, sore throat, and respiratory issues and told them upfront I needed a snot shot and antibiotic because I could feel it turning into a full blown head and chest infection. Once I paid and got in a room, they tell me that the snot shots had been recalled so all they did was give me a steroid shot which maybe helped for half a day.
