Here I am again! I cannot say enough about the Tullahoma or Shelbyville office.. top notch service that starts when I walk in the door. They treat everyone I watch walk in with care and compassion. I feel like an old friend and not a number once I go back to see the care provider. They take time to make sure I am comfortable and understand the process. Medical Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. BTW, I suspect that my elevated Blood Pressure is a result of too much sugar. While having Covid, I was eating ice cream 3 times a day and drinking Sundrops all day long and nothing nutritious. I researched this last night on the Mayo Clinic website. My plan is to cut back, work on changing my bad habits, while monitoring my Blood Pressure twice a day for two weeks.Ā
