the receptionist is rude. she stays on the business phone talking to a family member and she is loud . everyone can hear her. I was there for 3 hours waiting just to take a drug test for work. they pick and choose who they want to wear a mask. until one of the nurses came out and seen me without a mask she told me to put one on but no one else . I said if they don't have to I don't have to. 10 minutes later more people without a mask and she didn't tell them to put one on. the nurse that did my test was sweet and very profes... read more

FYI —- Fast Pace in Waverly My Husband went there today to have his ankle checked out . He has Amazing Insurance! NO COPAYMENT- NO DEDUCTIBLE- For anything !!! There Policy apparently you MUST Pay THEIR Co-PAY of $75.00 To Be Seen ! HOW CAN THIS BE ! Needless to we will will go to McEwen Medical ! Where we know he will taken care of !!!

I am pretty upset with our last trip to fast pace waverly. I took my daughter 2 days after her original visit and was denied a visit because it hadn't been 72 hrs for the antibiotics AND she didnt have a fever. I even said she was having problems breathing. We were still denied a visit and I was told to give the medicine more time. We ended up going to the ER and the reason for her not getting better was NOT because the medicine needed more time but rather it was the wrong medicine for her medical issue.
