I am pretty upset with our last trip to fast pace waverly. I took my daughter 2 days after her original visit and was denied a visit because it hadn't been 72 hrs for the antibiotics AND she didnt have a fever. I even said she was having problems breathing. We were still denied a visit and I was told to give the medicine more time. We ended up going to the ER and the reason for her not getting better was NOT because the medicine needed more time but rather it was the wrong medicine for her medical issue. Wouldn’t give me an antibiotic shot when I was sick 2 years ago.
Of all the times I have went here to get medical Cairo I have never had to pay anything other than a co pay now I find out they have been double billing me as well as creating false charges for services NEVER PROVIDED as well as went from being in network for BCBST to being an out of network provider???? This place is the worst! The medical providers are rude and pushy as well as have no sensitivity when dealing with medically private information around others. DONT GO TO THEM!!!! I was the ONLY person in there on saturday and it still took 2 hours to get me in a room, get vitals, ask questions, take 3 x-rays and then tell me nothing is wrong to just take ibuprofen, put ice on my foot and then follow up with an ortho. My foot is fractured after being looked at my another place. The staff is VERY nice but wanted to talk and all eat lunch while i was in the room waiting.
I had my son in there last Monday and was told he had something viral.. VERY WRONG he had bacterial pneumonia!! That is a very serious misdiagnosis!
Didn't help my back could at least give me something for my lower back pain. I don't do pain medicine unless I have too. But she didn't give me meds for my back. I'm still walking over in pain. I can't sleep at night I'm up and down
It sucks the Dr or Nurse Practitioner there what ever she is took my money and didn't give my 9 year old anything. Told me it was viral and sent me home. Well after 2 day of 102 then 3 of 104. I gave up and went to Dr. Skelton and spent more money. Guess what them antibiotics I wanted that they refused to give my 9 year old worked wonders.
