Main reason I went was for labs and my veins cooperated for a change so we found a good vein on the first try, which was wonderful. The only reason I took off one star was the long wait even after I got back into the exam room, 30 to 45 minutes back there, also an insurance issue that insurance assured me that the doctors office would easily be able to resolve, but no one at the office seemed to know anything about it. They did, however, say that they would try, no guarantees. Which kind of puts me in a bind.

My experience was so good at the Waverly, Tennessee Fast Pace Urgent Care. All of the personnel from the doctor, nurses and office staff were compassionate and made me so comfortable during my visit. In this day and time it is hard to find people who are compassionate and sincerely care about your welfare.
