My experience during this visit was excellent. Setting up the appointment and getting in and out was awesome! The reason that I gave a 4 star was that I visited the clinic on Wednesday and made an online appointment for this same thing. When I walked in the lady at the front wouldn’t greet me or anything. I stood at the window a couple of minutes before she said anything. It would have been nice to have a hello or I’ll be right with you (just an acknowledgement). Then she asked what I was in for and I said an injury (... read more

My daughter came in; she had very little late. She loved the NP, Brittany Bishop. She loved how aggressive the NP was with her strep, that has been going on over a week.

Business response:

Emilia, Thank you for the recommendation and kind words! We appreciate you! :) 💫⭐️🌟✨🔆💪

Went in with a bad sore throat and all that comes with that. General protocol at my Dr is steroid and rocephin. I naturally have enlarged tonsils according to my ENT, and it’s known for me to struggle to recover from this sort of thing with minimal treatment. Explained that, and was told I couldn’t have a rocephin because it wouldn’t help. Gave me a steroid shot and allergy meds..? Ended up struggling all week managing kids, work, life, etc only to have to go back again on the next Sunday, was told they weren’t going to argu... read more

I brought my 8 year old in for cough, runny nose, and stomach pain. I explained to the nurse/tech (unsure, as she did not introduce herself or state her credentials) that my daughter has a history of recurrent strep and had a known exposure. She agreed to test for strep. While swabbing my daughter’s throat (without wearing a mask), my daughter coughed. The nurse/tech then said, “Cough in my face” in a sarcastic tone. My daughter did not understand the sarcasm and did exactly what she was told. She coughed in her face. I apol... read more

The first triage nurse we met was extremely rude not friendly at all, shushed my 4 year old in a really rude tone. Next the NP comes in when she asked me what pharmacy we use and if my son is allergic to any medication. I told her Walmart and gave her the address, told her he’s allergic to amoxicillin. She proceeds to send his prescription to Walgreens on the opposite side of town from my own pharmacy and when I finally recieve the medicine after lots of back and forth driving around, low and behold it’s amoxicillin.

Almost 3 hours before I saw someone. Only had 3 people ahead of me. Sales rep came in and I had to wait. Usually it’s very efficient but not this time
