The first triage nurse we met was extremely rude not friendly at all, shushed my 4 year old in a really rude tone. Next the NP comes in when she asked me what pharmacy we use and if my son is allergic to any medication. I told her Walmart and gave her the address, told her he’s allergic to amoxicillin. She proceeds to send his prescription to Walgreens on the opposite side of town from my own pharmacy and when I finally recieve the medicine after lots of back and forth driving around, low and behold it’s amoxicillin.

Almost 3 hours before I saw someone. Only had 3 people ahead of me. Sales rep came in and I had to wait. Usually it’s very efficient but not this time

Never was given a name of nurse or Dr. Didn’t tell us what they were swabbing for. Wait time was 2.5 hours, and didn’t uphold Access2Day Health’s rule of going before others.

I don’t think they took my symptoms that serious because they wouldn’t even give me a dr’s note to take 1 day off from work. I went in for nasel drip/runny nose and cough. I hadn’t slept well for a couple days and the coughing got bad enough that it hurt my upper stomach every time I cough. I have acid reflux so it made sleeping worse. Today is day 3 of amoxicillin and I’m going in to work. I still feel weak and that me running around at work is going to make it worse as I pee every time I cough. I didn’t go to work yesterda... read more

Appreciate the in and out very quickly in one way. Not so much the rush of the healthcare employees. I guess it allows for more patients to be seen, and provides less contact between them and sick patients for health purposes. I was provided with what I needed hopefully get well soon, so that’s what counts. Was bothered by no “enforcement” of patients wearing a mask upon entry. There were some who were obviously quite sick in the rather small waiting room.
