I went in for a Covid test and I was in and out. Maybe 5 people, some with children, and I was only there about an hour. Which is fantastic. Friendly staff.

My experience during this visit was excellent. Setting up the appointment and getting in and out was awesome! The reason that I gave a 4 star was that I visited the clinic on Wednesday and made an online appointment for this same thing. When I walked in the lady at the front wouldn’t greet me or anything. I stood at the window a couple of minutes before she said anything. It would have been nice to have a hello or I’ll be right with you (just an acknowledgement). My daughter came in; she had very little late. She loved the NP, Brittany Bishop. She loved how aggressive the NP was with her strep, that has been going on over a week.

Brought grandson in sick. Swabbed for everything but was all negative. He was crying during throat swab and the nurse didn’t do it well. We just left our pediatricians next day positive for strep

The nurse was fantastic! I don’t catch her name but she was so sweet and attentive. The NP smelled like an ashtray. She was nice but not very professional in my opinion. And my child had to be seen next day for chest X-rays after being told she thought he was just constipated. I work in medical field and my clinic gets people all the time from the clinic who are misdiagnosed.
