The practitioners I was seen by were SO friendly and answered all of my questions. They even laughed with me to help me feel better!

I had made an appointment and was taken ln on time and then seen right away. The PA was attentive addressing all my concerns. Everyone I encountered was kind and very caring.

Receptionist was nice and friendly. Beyond that, I am completely dissatisfied. I was barely assessed and was told to just use Tylenol or Advil OTC and call or come back if I wasn’t better within 10 days of being sick. The intake from the MA, who was very flat and not very friendly, was clearly not reviewed. Once I told the provider it’s been 10 days, she offered to call in abx.
