I went in for a bad cold and dark green pleghm. I requested a z pack (azithromycin?)The Nurse Practitioner (Little) said I was not a candidate. I would have to be sick 7-10 days to qualify. She prescribed a cough medicine and cough drops. I cannot afford to be sick for 7-10 days! A z pack has worked wonders for me in the past. I will be going back to a qualified physician and skipping the convenience of drive-thru level care offered at Fast Pace.
Had a long wait time but my procedure was done very quickly with the nurse I had.
We were there for 3.5 hours and still did not get to see a doctor
The ladies were kind and helpful and diagnosed my illness. Two and half hours waiting when you are sick is too long!!!
Appointment scheduled for 11:13am. Told to arrive 10min early for appt & I did. All paperwork was done on my phone prior to coming & I checked in as soon as I got there via the iPad/tablet in front. It was 11:50am before I was asked for copay & about 10min later I was finally called. Everyone in the waiting room went in before me & my name was first on the tv queue while theirs were below mine.
Staff was very nice but took over 2 hours just for a 15 minute flu test & spoke to the doctor for less than 5 minutes
It is the slowest clinic I have ever been to. If you have a time to be there and they are not taking walk in, why does it take 2 hours to be seen & than spend no more time than 20 minutes with the doctor? It was absolutely ridiculous.. I will not be back. I do have other choices and I will choose differently next time. Peoples time is valuable, especially this time of the year. Either hire more people or train them to do better.
